Validation Happens: Messengers of Element 115
This article is multi-layered and involves many messengers.If there is one thing I've learned in the past 14 years it's this, there are no coincidences, everything happens for a reason! Instead of "S@#T Happens!" I prefer the saying, "Validation Happens."

First up, Bob Lazar.

Bob Lazar claims to have been involved with reverse engineering alien
technology at a top secret government facility labelled S4, which is
believed to be a subsidiary of the Groom Lake Nevada test facility known
as Area 51. Allegedly working at S4 from 1988 to 1989, Lazar says he
saw nine different extraterrestrial vehicles there and has provided
detailed information on the mode of propulsion and other technical
details of a disc-shaped vehicle he called the sport model.

course, Mr. Lazar isn’t without his detractors. His credibility has
been called into question over his alleged education and his involvement
in the scientific community. He claimed to hold degrees from
the California Institute of Technology (Cal Tech) and Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MIT), though neither institution has any record
of his attendance, as has been investigated by the likes of Stanton
Friedman and the investigative team at the Los Angeles Times.
But a lack of records doesn’t necessarily discredit him completely, as
many believe the government has been systematically erasing Lazars
history, all in an effort to reduce his story into a steaming pile of
misinformation.
Among the tales he’s told, one of the more
technologically plausible is that of the propulsion system used by some
of these alien craft, namely element 115.
Element 115 or
Ununpentium, which sounds like something you might find on an alien moon
called Pandora, is actually a real thing, believe it or not. Currently
known to mainstream science as a synthetic super-heavy element in
the periodic table, that has the temporary symbol Uup and has the atomic
number 115; ununpentium is a candidate for the island of stability, which is not some tropical destination but rather a grouping of isotopes with stable half-lives.[1]
According
to mainstream science, element 115 was discovered in 2003 and cannot be
found be found in nature. Officially it is said to be very unstable
with a half-life of only 200 milliseconds or so, much like its periodic
table neighbors (with half-lives ranging from several nano-seconds to a
few minutes). It has only been synthesized in very small amounts,
about 50 atoms to date. But Lazar says otherwise, he stated that the US
government has (or had) at least 500 pounds of the stuff, given to them
by the Reticulan EBE’s (extraterrestrial biological entities).
According to Lazar, the ununpentium was processed by the Los Alamos
National Laboratory, eventually creating several milled cones or wedges
of the element that could then be used as fuel for the craft in
question. In its milled form, according to Lazar, it is highly stable
and provides a gravitational force field that can be used to propel the
craft.
To some in UFOlogy circles, Lazars description of the
characteristics and effects of element 115, provides a plausible
explanation for the flight characteristics of some, or well, most UFO
reports and there are those who have put a great deal of effort and
thought into the ununpentium question.[2] Analysis of the element is far beyond my chemistry knowledge, so I leave the scientific scrutiny up to the reader.
Next Up, Stan Romanek
Stan was a skeptic when his experiences began in 2000. Actually, skeptic is way to nice a description of Stan at that time.He was a mean spirited non-believing debunker troll! It was his opinion that anyone who believed in UFOs or ETs was simply 'Nuts'! And he would tell them so!
On December, 27th 2000 he became one of the "Nuts" he had made fun of! He witnessed his first UFO.

September 2001, three visitors arrived to meet Stan. The female being shared many important pieces of information with Stan during his first abduction experience.
Overwhelmed
by the fear this experience had left him with along with the visions and symbols that seemed to invade his every waking thought, Stan decided to seek help. With the guidance from the MUFON investigator who was involved with Stan's case, Stan decided that
hypnotherapy was the best solution.

It wasn't until years later when Element 115 was created by scientists that we would learn of Bob Lazar and the connection to Stan and this equation. "Validation Happens." This is a true statement on many levels.
Stan is not capable of writing these equations, they were put into his mind by ET sources to validate not only his own experiences, but also Lazar's story.

Thanks to the work of
chemists at Lund University in Sweden, a brand new element has taken a
seat at the periodic table: Element 115, or ununpentium (Uup) as it is
currently known. Ununpentium (which is sadly just the Latin/Greek for
“115,” not a homage to the Intel CPU) is one of the heaviest elements
ever created, extremely rare (it probably only occurs in nature a few
milliseconds after a star goes supernova), and realistically won’t
impact your life at all. Still, it’s a good chance to discuss how
chemists create super-heavy elements — and more importantly, why.The heaviest (i.e. highest atomic number) readily occurring element in nature is uranium, with 92 protons. Every element above it, including plutonium, americium, and einsteinium, can only be created through processes such as fusion, or being bombarded with neutrons. Fairly large quantities of americium, for example, are produced when uranium and plutonium are bombarded by neutrons in a nuclear reactor. In the lab, most super-heavy elements are created by fusing lighter elements in a particle accelerator. Ununpentium, for example, was created by firing calcium-48 ions (a nucleus with 20 protons and 28 neutrons) at an americium target (with 95 protons and 148 neutrons), creating a fused nucleus of ununpentium-291 with 115 protons and 176 neutrons.
As for why chemists create super-heavy elements, there are a number of reasons. A lot of it is simply down to Russia and the US competing to see who could discover the most exotic elements. Curiosity, of course, also plays a big part — humans love seeing how far they can go, just for the sake of testing the universe’s boundaries. Most importantly, though, there is some science to be gained from such experiments. With each new element that we discover, our knowledge of the periodic table, and thus the universe, swells. The mere fact that we were able to synthesize these heavy elements in the lab means there’s a good chance that they exist elsewhere in the universe — perhaps in the supernova of a dying star, or harnessed by an advanced alien race. Each new element also teaches us a little bit more about the island of stability — a set of as-yet-undiscovered super-heavy transuranic isotopes that are theorized to have a half-life of days or years, as opposed seconds. (The handful of unstable ununpentium isotopes created by the Swedish researchers decayed in just a few milliseconds). The theory is that, if we can cram in a certain “magic number” of protons and neutrons, these elements will suddenly become very stable. As it stands, though, we lack the technology to squeeze enough neutrons into the synthesized nucleus — and a nucleus with the wrong number of neutrons is very unstable. If we ever reach the island of stability, these stable super-heavy elements might be very useful for energy storage.
Ununpentium was originally created by Russian scientists in 2004. For an element to be officially discovered, though, a second group must replicate the work — which is what the Lund University chemists have done. Now that ununpentium has been confirmed, the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) will meet to discuss an official name for element 115. Usually the name will be derived from something apolitical, such as a famous research or institution that is globally recognized for their work in science.

The law was passed originally to protect Earth from possible biological contamination resulting from the US Apollo Space Program and other space exploration programs. It has been suggested by researchers and scientists that the U.S. government was very concerned that contact with extra-terrestrial bacteria could result in a worldwide plague. The immune system of human beings wouldn't be able to fight off extra-terrestrial bacteria, so therefore any kind of "extra-terrestrial exposure" was taken very seriously.
People in the UFO community especially were alarmed with the law because its broad definitions could allow the US government to prosecute people in NASA as well as individuals of the general public who come into contact with extra-terrestrials and their vehicles.
UFO and ET believers found it interesting that in one hand the government was denying they had any interest in extra-terrestrials, yet they had a law which forbid contact with ETs and their craft.
1211.100 - Scope
This part establishes:
- NASA policy, responsibility and authority to guard the Earth against any harmful contamination or adverse changes in its environment resulting from personnel, spacecraft and other property returning to the Earth after landing on or coming within the atmospheric envelope of a celestial body; and
- security requirements, restrictions and safeguards that are necessary in the interest of national security.

- "NASA" and the "Administrator" mean, respectively, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration or his authorized representative.
- "Extra-terrestrially exposed" means the state of
condition of any person, property, animal or other form of life or matter
whatever, who or which has:
- Touched directly or come within the atmospheric envelope or any other celestial body
- Touched directly or been in close proximity to (or been exposed indirectly to) any person, property, animal or other form of life or matter who or which has been extra-terrestrially exposed by virtue of paragraph (b)(1) of this section. For example, if person or thing "A" touches the surface of the Moon, and on "A's" return to Earth, "B" touches "A" and, subsequently, "C" touches "B", all of these - "A" through "C" inclusive - would be extra-terrestrially exposed ("A" and "B" directly; "C" indirectly).
- "Quarantine" means the detention, examination and decontamination of any persons, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever that is extra-terrestrially exposed, and includes the apprehension or seizure of such person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever.
- "Quarantine period" means a period of consecutive calendar days as may be established in accordance with 1211.104
Administrative actions.
The Administrator or his designee..shall in his discretion:-
- Determine the beginning and duration of a quarantine period with respect to any space mission; the quarantine period as it applies to various life forms will be announced.
- Designate in writing quarantine officers to exercise quarantine authority.
- Determine that a particular person, property, animal, or other form of life or matter, whatever is extra-terrestrially exposed and quarantine such person, property, animal, or other form of life or matter whatever. The quarantine may be based only on a determination, with or without the benefit of a hearing, that there is probable cause to believe that such person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever is extra-terrestrially exposed.
- Determine within the United States or within vessels or vehicles of the United States the place, boundaries, and rules of operation of necessary quarantine stations.
- Provide for guard services by contract or otherwise, as many be necessary, to maintain security and inviolability of quarantine stations and quarantined persons, property, animals or other form of life or matter whatever.
- Provide for the subsistence, health and welfare of persons quarantined under the provisions of this part.
- Hold such hearings at such times, in such manner and for such purposes as may be desirable or necessary under this part, including hearings for the purpose of creating a record for use in making any determination under this part for the purpose of reviewing any such determination.

- During any period of announced quarantine, no person shall enter or depart from the limits of the quarantine station without permission of the cognizant NASA officer. During such period, the posted perimeter of a quarantine station shall be secured by armed guard.
- Any person who enters the limits of any quarantine station during the quarantine period shall be deemed to have consented to the quarantine of his person if it is determined that he is or has become extra-terrestrially exposed.
- At the earliest practicable time, each person who is quarantined by NASA shall be given a reasonable opportunity to communicate by telephone with legal counsel or other persons of his choice.
- NASA officers and employees are prohibited from discharging from the limits of a quarantine station any quarantined person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever during order or other request, order or demand an announced quarantine period in compliance with a subpoena, show cause or any court or other authority without the prior approval of the General Counsel and the Administrator.
- Where approval to discharge a quarantined person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever in compliance with such a request, order or demand of any court or other authority is not given, the person to whom it is directed shall, if possible, appear in court or before the other authority and respectfully state his inability to comply, relying for his action on this 1211.107.

Conspiracy-minded host starts satellite show 10 years after retirement

I used to frequent a (now-shuttered) website called Fine
Art. There I encountered a long-dormant culture I could find nowhere
else, aesthetically significant works presented in still effective but
slightly altered-from-the-original forms. I learned — well, no, I
experienced — new things, concepts, ideas and visions once lamentably
distant from my consciousness.
The “Art” in the title, though, didn’t refer to painting, sculpture,
film or photography. The name instead came from Art Bell, a 68-year-old
radio talker whose memorably terrifying 1990s and early-2000s Coast to
Coast AM broadcasts about UFOs, remote viewing, science, monsters,
ghosts, government conspiracies (and, really, anything else) streamed
there. Archival recordings of old Bell shows flowed all over the web for
years, until several streams dried up within the last three months. (Do
not despair. Here’s a good one, from a frantic Area 51 employee, and here’s another, which contains what purports to be Bigfoot’s scream. There are plenty of full shows on YouTube and on archive.org.)But the streams’ vanishing heralded good news: More than a decade after he retired as the full-time Coast host, and after several false starts, Bell was returning to radio. His new show, Art Bell’s Dark Matter, premieres Monday night at 10 p.m. Eastern on Sirius XM’s Indie Talk channel. (The toll-free call-in line? 1-855-REAL-UFO.) In late August, I visited Bell at his home studio in the high desert of Pahrump, Nev. (“A lot of people who come out here from the big cities tend to feel weird,” he told me. No kidding — he had a plastic alien head on his porch.) I profiled him in this week’s magazine.
Many, many people have missed Art Bell. Take it not from the now-defunct streaming sites, or his busy Facebook page, or the chirping at the Fantastic Forum. Just look at the numbers. Sirius XM has a broad user base — the satellite-radio provider has 25 million subscribers overall — but Bell’s used to the biggest of numbers. Coast to Coast was syndicated to over 500 North American stations by the end of his run. He spoke to 10 to 15 million listeners per week, fourth among all talk-show hosts of the era, despite broadcasting from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Eastern. His Marlboro-Lights-weathered voice blanketed the continent after dark, reliably chilling his audience of insomniacs, truckers, night-shift workers, and whoever else might be alone with a radio late at night.
Bell’s ratings success was all the more surprising because of how he deviated from the dominant talk-radio format. Conservative chatter owned the medium (think Rush Limbaugh, Dr. Laura) but all that bored Bell — he had started out in Vegas as a right-wing host in the ’80s, but his show’s ratings didn’t take off until he started talking about the paranormal. He was different, fed up with the government not because of some tax increase or a bad vote but because of what they were hiding. Where others had rage, he had skepticism, and lots of it.
Accordingly, he became something of a cultural phenomenon. National media outlets, including TIME, blamed him in part for the Heaven’s Gate cult’s mass suicide in 1997. (The cult’s leader said its members would be able to board a mysterious craft supposedly trailing the Hale-Bopp comet if they killed themselves, and at least two of Bell’s guests had reported seeing such a UFO. He discredited their stories afterward, but not in time to avoid some scientists’ wrath.) And Bell’s not-infrequent retirements motivated by family turmoil — his son was molested by a teacher, and then two shortwave radio hosts accused him of the crime — ensured that he would draw only more attention. When he returned to the air full-time, in 2001, and said it was for good, he lasted only a year and a half longer before taking on a part-time load. More personal misfortune followed: Bell’s third wife, Ramona, died of an asthma attack while they were vacationing in the couple’s RV. Three months later, Bell moved to the Philippines to marry, Airyn, a college student 39 years his junior. They soon had a daughter, Asia, who is now six.
Bell’s Coast to Coast hosting duties gradually tapered off before he made his final appearance on Halloween 2010, a radio legend severed for good — by choice — from the iconic show he founded.
Now, he returns. Old Coast hand Michio Kaku, the theoretical physicist, will be his first guest, and Ross Mitchell, the old Coast announcer, will do Bell’s intro and bumpers. I asked Bell what he’d do on this show that he didn’t do enough of on the old show. He says he’s really eager to talk about life after death.

Here’s some more from the day I spent with Art Bell:
• What does Bell think of the man who replaced him on Coast, George Noory? He’s a lazy broadcaster, Bell says, indifferent to what he puts on the air. “This fellow, half the time, he doesn’t sound like he’s listening to his guest. He’ll come back and ask a question that had just been answered five minutes previously. Or he’ll inject a complete non sequitur. The guest will be talking about Bigfoot, and he’ll ask, ‘Well, does that have something to do with angels?’” Worse, “there’s a lot more politics in it, a lot more medical crap in it, a lot of New Age-y crap that I won’t touch. I prefer science.” Bell hopes competition will raise all boats. “It better—otherwise George’ll be a submarine.” Fans seem to agree: The first Google autocomplete hit on Noory’s name is “George Noory sucks.”
• Bell’s former syndicator, Clear Channel-owned Premiere Networks, rebroadcasts his old shows on Saturday nights. He hates this. “Are they doing it just to irritate me?” he asks. He has no legal rights to the shows, but he wants them off the air. Premiere’s spokesperson: “Somewhere in Time with Art Bell remains very popular… To remove the show from our weekend lineup would be a disservice to those affiliates and their listeners, many of whom have already expressed their desire to keep the show on the air.”
• Sirius XM built Bell a new studio in the guest house on his property. (Many have called it a “compound,” but Bell says he hates that. Fine. It’s a fenced-in collection of one-story buildings, satellite dishes and radio antennas on a plot of land in the desert. Not a compound.) He used to broadcast from a ham radio room in the main house, but his six-year-old daughter now sleeps in the next bedroom, and he doesn’t want to scare her. The new studio has much less equipment than his old room — computers have come a long way since he quit Coast — but he has kept his trusty .40-caliber Glock 22, in a desk drawer. (“I’m not a gun nut,” he says. “But go out on my porch, look around—what’s there? Zero, nothing. If I had a problem out here, well, the police would arrive just in time to draw the chalk outline on my floor.”)
• With Whitley Strieber, a horror novelist, Bell co-wrote The Coming Global Superstorm, the book Roland Emmerich made into The Day After Tomorrow, the Dennis Quaid disaster movie. (Bell laments that he got all of his royalties from the movie, which made $544 million at the box office, up front.) For all of scientists’ occasional qualms with Coast, Bell did help explain global warming to a big audience.
• Bell’s no kook. He’s after “the sane fringe,” he says. His most out-there theory, he claims, concerns the crash of TWA Flight 800—Bell says the government knows why that plane left the sky, and isn’t saying. “But that’s about as fringy as I get. The 9/11 truthers hate my guts.”
• Bell’s show will rerun immediately after it airs, but it won’t play during the daytime. Bell has asked Sirius XM to confine re-airings to the night, when the mood is right.
• Bell, a self-described news junkie, says there’s only one decent cable news outfit. (And it’s not CNN, the one he was tuned to during our visit.) “CNN is destroying their franchise. They’ve become either the trial network or the story network. They grab onto a goddamn story and go for a week, or two weeks, with the same story all frigging day long. They used to be a news organization. Give me Al-Jazeera any day of the week. You want real news, go to Al-Jazeera!”
