Hybrids Rising is an educational website earnestly focusing on the Contact Phenomenon from the perspective of truth, compassion and decades of research.  The Hybrids Rising Team created this timeline as a proverbial window through time as it relates to events leading up to Disclosure, which will be a Cosmic Awakening for Earth. As of the publication of this timeline, 23 countries have either already released their UFO files or are in the process of releasing them. [1] The United States Government on the other hand continues to remain stagnant and unreceptive to the subject. Their UFO file release consists of Project Blue Book, a public debunking campaign that you will learn more about in this timeline; and files released by NSA and FBI, most of which contain little more than blacked out text. Whilst 2013 finally brought CIA’s admission of the not so secret base referred to as Area 51, they were not forthcoming as to the true nature of the base’s operational history. [2]
Something is amiss concerning UFO matters – and it is not the fear of public panic. There has been no public panic in the 23 countries that have begun releasing their UFO data. There has been no economic collapse associated with UFO Disclosure in these countries, and there’s been no eroding of religious beliefs associated with UFO Disclosure in these 23 countries.
Governments wrote and implemented secret laws that no one but the chosen elite and those forced to keep their secrets knew about. Whistleblowers like Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, Glenn Greenwald and Jacob Applebaum took risks, some very great, and decided to speak out and publish. Before these brave people, there was John D. Marks, Victor Marchetti, Daniel Ellsberg, James Bamford, Walter Bowart and William Binney who spoke out by publishing books and articles and giving rare interviews. Whilst this was occurring, there were, and still are, those who are truly living on, and reporting from the fringe of reality as most people view it. These are your fellow Humans who are having direct contact with Advanced Intelligences. If you look closely at all of their information, their lives, their books and their research, you will discover a common thread and how many of the events in this timeline, the secret projects and our secret history interconnect. The sustainers of the UFO Cover up transformed Eisenhower’s old school Military Industrial Complex into the Corporate Military Industrial Complex which some believe has mutated into a true Breakaway Government. This entity houses many secrets, such as extraterrestrial biotechnology which includes cures for “incurable” diseases, as well as advanced propulsion technology. Many believe they now control the reigns over the enlightenment and a better way of life for people, and perhaps the sustainability of life on Earth itself.
