ABOUT THe CEC PROJECT

I am holding a conference on the mysteries of space titled Cosmic Exploration: Science, UFOs and the Search for Extraterrestrial Life. The conference is already happening, but what I need help with is video taping these amazing lectures. I want to record them so they can be shared on YouTube, and also offer them on DVD, but I need help raising the money for the video equipment. That is where you come in. For making a pledge you will get either DVDs - which won't have adds on them or need to be streamed over the internet like the YouTube videos - or you can pledge at a higher level and actually join us at the conference. This first of its kind conference will examine both current knowledge and future possibilities within the fast-growing, scientific exploration of outer space. Through the interface of cosmology, astrobiology, sociology and cutting edge physics, we will explore the search for earth-like exoplanets and extraterrestrial life; the potential implications of contact; and technologies which might exist within civilizations thousands or millions of years ahead of us. We will also present a rigorous and rational overview of the UFO question, as it should be understood within a scientific, historical context. Our goal is to bring these many interrelated areas together for the first time, as presented only by leading, credentialed professionals, and to begin a dialogue within an expanded scientific framework about the search for signs of life in the cosmos and its implications. The conference will include eleven speakers, panel discussions with the audience, and a Saturday evening banquet. There will be a large room for displays by scientific organizations related to the conference theme. Master of Ceremonies and Conference Organizer: Alejandro Rojas Alejandro Rojas is a researcher, journalist and conference producer. He has conducted numerous field investigations of unusual phenomena while hosting an online radio show and running two news websites dealing with unsolved mysteries and paranormal phenomena. Rojas has been interviewed by media from around the world, including the largest cable and network news agencies. He has co-organized and co-produced some of the most successful and well-attended conferences on unexplained aerial phenomena and the mysteries of space.  He is now producing the annual Cosmic Exploration conference, of which this is the first.
